Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact haoxupp@163.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Return destination and shipping costs

Returns are sent to China. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to a business registration address or the address on the parcel without confirming it with us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns, including a change of mind. International return shipping may be expensive; obtain a carrier quote before returning your item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and any necessary return instructions. The change-of-mind return shipping rule does not apply to these issues.

Refunds

We will initiate a refund for an eligible return within 3 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds; this is separate from our refund initiation time.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or exchange. If an order has already shipped, we may be unable to cancel or change it; the applicable return process will apply.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. The 7-day change-of-mind window does not override statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
