Shipping destination and origin

We currently ship to the United States. Orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days after payment. Delivery to the customer is usually approximately 7 days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time, so the usual total estimate is approximately 10 days after payment.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions and other circumstances can affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Shipping charges and import duties

Shipping to the United States is free. We cover import duties for these shipments. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import duty payment from you, contact us so we can resolve it.

Delivery questions

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For delayed, missing or damaged deliveries, contact haoxupp@163.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Free outbound shipping does not mean free change-of-mind return shipping. Returns are sent to China. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, costs and instructions.
